FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Child Health Partnership has a new website.

CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (8/26/2024) — Child Health Partnership has launched a new website to better meet the needs of pregnant persons, families with young children and the community.

Since 1991, Child Health Partnership has been providing families with at-home support through prenatal, post-partum and other health education provided by Registered Nurses. Professional  Family Support Specialists also offer developmental screenings, child development and positive parenting education, and help with creating self-sufficiency in families in the City of Charlottesville and Albemarle, Fluvanna and Louisa Counties.

The in-home support model has proven to be an effective tool in addressing the growing myriad needs that families are facing in our communities. At Child Health Partnership we close the gap by visiting families in their homes to provide support, education and needed services,  at no cost to families.

Child Health Partnership’s new website allows for families to access information, services and programs in multiple different languages. It acts as a hub for resource sharing for families and community members that are seeking additional supports or help with basic needs. The site also provides transparency to supporters and donors about the impact their investment makes.

Visit us at www.childhealthpartnership.org to learn more about our critical work and the impact it is making in our local communities.
