Program Manager (Public Health)

JOB SUMMARY:

The purpose of this role is to lead the implementation of strategies identified in the Alzheimer’s Association sub-award to the Virginia Department of Health’s BOLD action plan and to represent the Alzheimer’s Association by collaborating with statewide partners to advance Virginia’s dementia infrastructure through a public health approach to brain health and health equity.  The Manager is responsible for delivering brain health education programs, educating healthcare providers and working closely with the Virginia Department of Health and BOLD Coalition partners to ensure the effectiveness of the statewide coalition to ensure successful completion and timely reporting related to the sub award and implementation of priority activities identified under the Healthy Brain Initiative (HBI) Road Map.
