Participants track their bike trips and miles using the free ConnectingVA app. In 2024, local businesses teams cycled 823 miles collectively, successfully reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 685.21 pounds! Joining the Bike Month Business Challenge is absolutely free! Every bike trip you log in the ConnectingVA app not only earns you points towards local discounts and giveaways, but also rewards our community by reducing traffic. Plus, this April, you could win a $500 gift card just for logging your eco-friendly rides! Last May, we raffled off a free E-bike and helmet – who knows what exciting prizes await this year!
