Historic Garden Week in Albemarle-Charlottesville

Visitors will delight in scenic vistas northwest of Charlottesville while touring country estate homes and gardens with breathtaking Blue Ridge Mountain views. This year’s shuttle tour begins at the Foxfield Race Course and meanders through the Farmington Hunt Country along Garth and Ridge Roads. Five properties are featured from an extensive woodland garden to an active equestrian farm and an estate dating to 1749. Each property provides unique glimpses into the use of the beautiful landscapes and varied architectural styles. Shuttles will depart and return to Foxfield with stops at each property; parking is not permitted at individual homes.
