About the Presenter:
Eric Paltell is a 1987 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law who has more than 30 years experience as a lawyer and mediator. He has been a mediator with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission since 1998, and has been part of the Positive Solutions Group Panel of Mediators since 2016.
