About the Speaker

Janasha “Jay” Bradford leads Mahogany & Friends, an organization focused on advancing financial literacy for children and families. With years of experience in the financial industry, she brings practical expertise and a clear vision for empowering future generations. In recognition of her leadership and impact, Jay was recently named the 2025 recipient of the J.F. Bell Sr. Vanguard Award, presented by the Minority Business Alliance of the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce. Jay also established the Mahogany & Friends Foundation, a nonprofit that broadens the reach of her mission and creates opportunities for lasting community impact.
