2019 Quadruplicity Women's Conference

Hello from Quadruplicity 2019! We are extremely excited to see you on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at the DoubleTree by Hilton.
As you park at the Doubletree, please come in the doors that lead to the Rotunda Ballroom. Registration and Exhibitors are in the Ballroom Foyer. Registration and Continental Breakfast opens at 7:45 a.m.
At 8:30 a.m. we will kick off Quadruplicity in the Rotunda Ballroom with Charlottesville Police Chief RaShall Brackney. Please note that a few tables and seats are reserved for organizations who are hosting invited guests. They will be clearly identified. All other seating is available to fill in as you arrive.
Rita Dove will close out the day with inspired words, with Raffle drawing for one of four fabulous gift baskets, each themed around one of Quadruplicity's pillars. You do not need to be present to win, the baskets may be picked up the day of the conference, or from The Chamber post event.) The conference sessions will end at 4:20 p.m .
We are pleased to offer you the option to select 4 out of 12 breakout sessions! Each session is repeated twice! Seating for each session is first come, first served. We encourage you to visit www.quadruplicity.com to preview the sessions and identify your top choices!
The luncheon will be in the Rotunda Ballroom and will start promptly at 11:30 a.m.
Be sure to bring business cards! Quadruplicity is the day to connect and share your story! On the back of your name badge, you will find three table numbers. You will start at the first table number and rotate. Please sit at your first table when you return to the ballroom for Speed Networking.
After general session we will move directly into cocktail reception. Be sure to stay and continue connecting and adding to your own story.
Dress for Quadruplicity is Business/Business casual.

The Doubletree is under renovation. We, and the Doubletree, thank you for your patience with the appearance of some areas of the hotel, primarily as you walk between the Breakout Session rooms and the General Session Ballroom.
