Local Charlottesville, Va Financial Services firm is seeking a part-time (potential for full-time) Receptionist / Associate Sales Assistant to greet clients & support the Operations Manager. It is important that this person sets a strong first impression for our company.  If you are a person that truly enjoys building and maintaining relationships, has a solid work ethic, with significant attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs, then this is the role for you.  Familiarity w/ financial services field is a bonus.  Duties include: answer phones, greet clients, schedule meetings, prep conference room, maintain client resource management system (Redtail), assist Operations Manager as needed with event planning and marketing.  Qualification / Skills - 4+ years of administrative experience (preferred), financial or tax office experience (preferred), CRM experience, Microsoft Office Suite - savvy.  Benefits - 401(k) (when full-time & after one year of service), Paid Federal Holidays, Parking.  Hourly rate commensurate w/ experience.  Collecting resumes thru February, 2018
