Job Description
Local Charlottesville, Va Financial Services firm is seeking a part-time (potential for full-time) Receptionist / Associate Sales Assistant to greet clients & support the Operations Manager. It is important that this person sets a strong first impression for our company.  If you are a person that truly enjoys building and maintaining relationships, has a solid work ethic, with significant attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs, then this is the role for you.  Familiarity w/ financial services field is a bonus.

Front Office Duties
•Answer phones, greet clients
•Schedule meetings/appointments/prep conference room
•Maintain CRM (Redtail) data entry and clean-up
•Assist Operations Manager as needed
 
Event Planning Assistance
•Help strategize future events and assist Marketing in creating annual calendar
•Assist Marketing/Events with duties
 
Marketing Assistance
•Create / Proof / order / Mail flyers / invitations, mailers, etc.)
•Plan quarterly New Client events
•Assist / follow-up w/ prospect contacts / invitations
 
Miscellaneous
•Respond to all Inbox emails within 24 hours
•Close out all calendar items each week
•Put outgoing mail in Post Box
•Assist office staff with filing, data entry, etc.
•Research and develop new ideas or communication tools to drive business.
 
Qualification / Skills
•administrative experience (preferred)
•In a financial or tax office (preferred)
•Redtail (preferred)
•Microsoft Office Suite
