Presenter: Sharon Burleson, PHR, SHRM-CP – Sharon has more than 20 years' experience in the HR field in private education and construction industries. She is HR Manager for Faulconer Construction and currently serves as the President of Charlottesville SHRM.

In partnership with the Chamber, Cville SHRM (Charlottesville Society of Human Resource Management) presents a series of Human Resources workshops by SHRM certified presenters. These free workshops aim to educate small businesses about best practices in HR management.
