Renowned local businessman Chuck Lewis III perceived adversity as a challenge to find solutions and always treated people and their ideas with dignity and respect. The Chuck Lewis Passion Award is bestowed in his honor, to pass on his legacy by celebrating entrepreneurs who overcome obstacles and achieve success. This year's award will be presented to Pablo Avalos and family, owner of El Puerto Mexican C'Ville on Barracks Road.
